A beautiful campsite for adults only with stunning views. Good shower block, washing machine and dryer. 2 off lead dog areas. Immaculately tidy campsite.

Adult only site kept immaculate by staff. Almost everything is thought of,each pitch is supplied with a heavy duty mat to place by your door. The site is tiered with... read more three separate levels and is quiet and peaceful. The only fly in the ointment is the showers. Kept spotless and well stocked but are of the plunger type and fixed head. You have to stand under a cold shower for about 30 seconds until the hot water runs through, there's no avoiding this due to the positioning of the head and plunger. Each press of the plunger only lasts for 5 seconds making it a one handed shower. Oddly the taps in the washbasin lasts for 10 seconds. Despite the showers I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this wonderful site, there's even fresh eggs available to buy via an honesty box. Situated a 10 minute stroll from the town centre with hills behind it its in the perfect location.

Pitches seemed a little close together. Only gripe is the press button showers. But saying that I would return, felt comfortable and the security gate made you feel even more at ease.

It is also a working farm of sheep; now lots of lambs grazing on the surrounding fields owned by John & Beryl. We stay at Bron Derw 6 times a year. Such a popular site, we make bookings in October for the following year. Of the 100 Best Sites for 2021, 2022 & 2023 Bron Derw was a finalist. Recycling is also keen here.
